Beginning his career as a licensed physical therapist treating orthopedic conditions and elite athletes, Jeremy advanced into senior clinical and operational leadership roles, delivering significant value for investors and partners. His passion for clinical innovation, value-based care, payor relations, outcomes research, and team development has shaped some of the most respected outpatient physical therapy platforms in the country.
Matthew Byrne is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience driving operational excellence, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth across multiple sectors of healthcare. Now focused on consulting and advisory services, Matt brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and business leadership to help organizations tackle complex challenges and seize emerging opportunities.
Most recently, Matt served as Executive Director of Provider Partnerships for a Boston-based healthcare technology startup, where he led innovation in sensor tech and biomechanics for physical therapy. Previously, at Pivot Physical Therapy and Athletico, Matt led sales strategy and oversaw integration and growth efforts across Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Health divisions. He has also held national leadership roles with top organizations in onsite health, wellness, and occupational health services. Matt holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Widener University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware.
Jamie Holm, CPA (inactive), is a healthcare leader with 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, revenue cycle management, operations, and business development. Prior to her work with Sidecar, she worked at the Center for Diagnostic Imaging in various roles. Her most recent role was a Director in the Revenue Cycle Management department. She also spent several years in the Business Development group where she was responsible for analyzing and managing partnerships with physicians, payers, and health systems.
Mrs. Holm started her career in accounting and finance where she developed her analytical background. She has a Bachelor's of Accounting degree from Calvin University.
Noah Asher joins Equus with a wide range of healthcare experience including M&A, corporate strategy, operations, and business development. Noah began his career at Stephens Inc in Capital Markets and Equity Research before joining a medical device startup company and overseeing the development and launch of two novel devices in the Cardiovascular space. Most recently, Noah has worked with Merge Growth Advisors leading financial due diligence for multiple buy-side and sell-side transactions, in addition to providing growth and strategic finance services to numerous healthcare companies. Noah holds degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Arkansas - Little Rock. Noah and his wife, Anna, reside in Little Rock, Arkansas.
James "Jim" Card is a healthcare data and operations executive with over 15 years of experience leading analytics, revenue cycle, and business intelligence functions across multi-site healthcare organizations. Jerry Durham is a healthcare leader and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in physical therapy and over two decades of business ownership, consulting, and coaching. He has built a reputation for transforming patient engagement by focusing on the crucial role of front desk teams in driving scheduling, arrivals, and retention.
Beginning his career as a licensed physical therapist, Jerry went on to found and scale San Francisco Sport & Spine Physical Therapy, later known as Agile Physical Therapy, where he spent nearly two decades building a respected outpatient platform. Today, as Founder of Client Experience Company, he partners with healthcare practices and software organizations to enhance the patient lifecycle, improve clinical outcomes, and strengthen business performance.
With deep expertise in sales training, leadership development, and patient behavior, Jerry empowers providers to capture more value by ensuring patients Arrive, Pay, and Stay - all without relying on new marketing. Greg brings over 35 years of healthcare leadership experience, including 13 years at Center for Diagnostic Imaging overseeing growth initiatives, acquisitions, and partnerships. He spent 23 years at GE Healthcare in senior management roles in distribution and holds a BS in Management and Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Alison Hopeman joins Equus Group with over 15 years of finance experience. Most recently she served as a manager of analytics for Global Operations at Allianz Global Risk in the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry. She has a strong background in variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting as well as domestic and international accounting policy.
Alison currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and two boys. She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona.
Rob was VP Solutions Development for Siemens Healthineers Strategic Corporate Account Group, responsible for commercial partnership development and Commercial Operations and the leader of the North American Ultrasound business. Prior to joining Siemens, Rob was the US/Canada Product Marketing Director for Molecular Imaging and Computed Tomography (MICT). Prior to Siemens, Rob was with GE Healthcare. During his career at GE, Rob has held various leadership positions in sales, marketing, and operations. Prior to joining GE Healthcare, he held sales and marketing roles with Proctor and Gamble and Picker International.
Rob earned a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He and his son, Robbie, reside in Nashville, TN.
Prior to working with Equus, Cole accumulated more than 32 years of experience providing assurance, transaction, and financial consulting services to public, privately held, start-up, and not-for-profit healthcare organizations. Cole has overseen or provided financial due diligence services in more than 150 buy-side and sell-side transactions. He has served as the primary contact for clients; audited, reviewed, and prepared financial statements; performed agreed upon procedures; conducted feasibility studies, forecasts, and projections; and facilitated meetings with management, investors, and Boards of Directors. Cole is an HFMA Certified Specialist in Physician Practice Management.
Stacy Sendler is a marketing and operations leader with more than a decade of experience guiding growth and innovation for consumer brands and technology companies. She began her career at ZocDoc in public relations and communications, later taking on marketing leadership roles at Scrollmotion and Dolls in Couture.
