Jon Zahner is a metric-driven talent acquisition executive with 10+ years of experience designing scalable recruitment systems across outpatient healthcare, physical therapy, and behavioral health. As Founder of Henry Holland Health Solutions, he serves as a fractional VP of Talent for providers nationwide - helping organizations reduce time-to-fill, increase offer acceptance, and align hiring with growth goals.
Jon previously led talent acquisition at Active Pro Rehab Partners, Pivot Physical Therapy, and Holcomb Behavioral Health, where he built high-performing teams, implemented KPI-driven processes, and improved recruiter productivity and retention across multi-site networks.
Known for blending strategy with execution, Jon has advised CEOs, founders, and private equity partners on scaling recruitment in fast-growing healthcare organizations. He lives in Maryland with his wife Lauren, an Occupational Therapy professor, and their two sons, Beckett and Brooks.
